U can try make a GM map..only they can teleport there...And on that map it can be like all sandbag monsters and bosses... so GM's getting items that they need much easyer and if they want they can teleport players there

a gm can make all items in game he just need the item id info. the maps added will be for players only.
a gm have control over the whole server with it scripts etc...
