This is a good idea, except maybe i won't make a portal to lvling maze, but add a Summon npc outside argent, where players can exchange fairy coins and sigmets for lvl 1 - 5 sand bags. But there will be a lvling maze which u can teleport too once u have the require items and quest. Quest can't be too hard coz it will be the first quest player will want to do, but can't be too easy aswell. Maybe quest items can be obtained from events etc...
